Walked on and in the eve.came to Teng-siang-khoe（頂雙溪）etc. Distributed Calendars----Hot.

1886.03.14 Sun .

Preached all the way on the road and at night arrived at Ta-ma-ien(打馬煙). Great gathering in the eve.----

1886.03.15 Mon.

Went to Hoan-sia-thau(番社頭). baptized 36. Ordained one Elder - 3 Deacons. Walked to Ki-li-pan(奇立板). bap. 91. Ordained Elders 2. Deacons 3.

Burning hot.

1886.03.16 Tues.

Went to Ka-le-oan (嘉禮宛) bap.33. Elders ord.1. Deacons 1. Pressed on to Pho-lo-sin-a-oan（婆羅辛仔宛）, bap.44. Elders ord.1 Dea.1. Marched to Lau-lau-a（流流仔）, bap. 54. Eld. 1 Dea.1 and then on to Lam-hong-o（南方澳）, Bap.126, Elders.2. Dea.5. Great gathering at night. grand meeting.

1886.03.17 Wed.

Crossed by boat and came to Ki-li-lan. bap. 118. Elders. 3 Deacons 3. Went to Chin-tsu-li-kan (珍珠理簡) bap. 169. Elders 4 Deacons 4. all Under bamboo trees, sweating & burning hot. Went to Pi-thau (埤頭). bap.114. Elders 4 Dea.4. On then along a winding path to Ta-na-bi(打那美). bap.16. Then Walked to Sau-hut (掃笏), bap. 36. Elders 3. Dea.4. Grand Meetings at night. Songs of praise till Midnight.

1886.03.18 Thurs.

Came to Tang-mng-thau (董門頭), bap.42 Elders. ord. 2. Dea.2. Passed on to Po-lo-sin-a-han (婆羅辛仔罕). then to Bu-loan (武暖), bap. 78. Elders ord. 5. Dea.4. Went then to Ki-bu-lan, Ki-li-tan (奇立丹) bap. 57. Eld.2. Dea.4. Passed on to Toa-tek-ui (大竹圍)bap.27. Eld. Ord. 1 Dea.3 and towards eve. arrived at Ta-ma-ien (打馬煙). Preachers, converts etc. from other places assembled and in the eve. bap. 82. Elders 4, Deacons 4. I preached until late at night. On this tour - stood on benches mostly and preached for hours at a time under burning sun.

Left early in the morning and at dark came to Teng-siang-khoe（頂雙溪）. Spoke for hours in front of our halting place. Rain came in torrents .
